Cheese Streudel

List of Ingredients
- 15 slices frinch bread buttered
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 4 cups cheddar or swis chese
- 6 eggs beaten
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup parmisan cheese
Instructions
- In a large bakingdish using half of the specified amounts at a time, place in layers the bread, onions and cheese. Combine the eggs, mustard, milk and salt. Pour over the layers. Top with a mixture of bread crumbs and parmisan chese. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
