    List of Ingredients


    • 15 slices frinch bread buttered
    • 1 cup chopped green onions
    • 4 cups cheddar or swis chese
    • 6 eggs beaten
    • 1 tsp dijon mustard
    • 2 1/2 cups milk
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup parmisan cheese


    Instructions


    1. In a large bakingdish using half of the specified amounts at a time, place in layers the bread, onions and cheese. Combine the eggs, mustard, milk and salt. Pour over the layers. Top with a mixture of bread crumbs and parmisan chese. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Serves 6 to 8.
