Sausage Cheese Balls

List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork sausage, uncooked
- 4 1/2 cup biscuit mix (like Bisquick)
- 1 1/2 lbs (6 cups) shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Form into 1" balls. Bake 15 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet until golden brown.
- Sausange balls can be frozen uncooked.
