List of Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 stick butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1-4 cloves garlic, minced
- dash salt
- 6-8 tablespoons milk
Instructions
- In a mixing bow, beat the cheese and butter. Add the flour, garlic and salt; mix well. Add enough milk to form a stiff dough. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Roll out dough to 1/4" thickness. Cut with a bone-shaped cookie cutter. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove to wire racks. Biscuits will harden as they cool.
