Sweet Potato Biscuits

List of Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup milk
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, stir together all ingredients until soft dough forms. Place dough on lightly floured surface, knead and roll to 1/2" thickness. Cut biscuits with a 3" round cutter. Place biscuits on lightly
greased baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
