    Impossible Bacon Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
    • 1 c. shredded cheese, I use Cheddar
    • 1/2 c. onion
    • 2 c. milk
    • 1 c. bisquick mix
    • 4 eggs
    • 1/4 tsp. salt
    • 1/8 tsp. pepper


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 400°. Lightly grease a 12 x 1 1/2 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute by hand. Pour into pan and bake until knife inserted halfway comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
