    Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can (15-16 oz) pumpkin
    • 1 can (12-13 oz) evaporated milk
    • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 2 eggs
    • 18 packets Splenda
    • 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
    • 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" pie plate. The pie makes it's own "crust." Beat all ingredients 1 minute in blender. Pour into plate. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool.
