Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie

List of Ingredients
- 1 can (15-16 oz) pumpkin
- 1 can (12-13 oz) evaporated milk
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 18 packets Splenda
- 1/2 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 2 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" pie plate. The pie makes it's own "crust." Beat all ingredients 1 minute in blender. Pour into plate. Bake 50-55 minutes. Cool.
