List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup of butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups plus 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/3 cup powered sugar
- dash of salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cups lemon juice ( use real lemons) and add a little zest in the crust
Instructions
- Mix and crumble together butter, 1 1/2 cups flour, powered sugar, and salt with a pastry blender (or fork). Pat into an 8 1/2 inch x11 inch pan. Bake 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Beat eggs, sugar ,3 tablespoons flour, lemon juice until frothy .Remove baked crust from oven. Pour over hot crust. Return to oven for 20 minutes. Cool ,sprinkle with powered sugar and cut into squares.
