MONTEREY SPAGHETTI

List of Ingredients
- 4 oz. spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
- 1 egg
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 c. (2.8 oz.) french-friend onions, divided
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to pkg. direction. Meanwhile, in medium bow, beat egg. Add sour cream, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Drain spaghetti, then add to egg mixture with cheese, spinach and HALF of the onion. Pour into grease 2-qt. baking dish. Cover and back for 30 min. at 350 degrees or until heated through. Top with remaining onions; return to oven for 5 min. or until onions are golden brown. 6-8 servings.
