    Easy Cheese Pizza

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups baking mix such as bisquick
    • 1/3 cup very hot water
    • 1 8 ounce can pizza sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Move oven rack to lowest position and heat to 450. Grease 12 inch pizza pan. Stir baking mix and water till soft dough forms. Pat in to pizza pan.Pinch edge to form 1/2 inch rim. Spread sauce over crust and sprinkle with cheese. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until crust is brown and cheese is bubbly.
