    Recipe Introduction

    Serves 4


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 12 inch italian bread shell
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 1/2 cup graded or shredded parmisan cheese
    • 3 plum tomatos sliced
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • 2 tbsps shredded fresh bazil


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 450. Brush bread shell with olive oil. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of the cheese over the crust. Top with tomato slices and remaining cheese. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake 10 minutes or till crust is crisp and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with bazil and serve.
