Instructions
- Place 4 cups fresh or frozen cranberries in a 13x9x2" baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with 2 cups sugar.
- Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from oven. Stir carefully, then stir in 1/3 cup orange juice.
- Pour into jars or serving dishes. Store in refrigerator. Serve over cake, ice cream, etc.
Final Comments
To Make A Dip:
Stir a few spoonfuls of the Sauce into an 8 oz tub of cream cheese spreaduntil well blended.
