Cream Chees and Raspberry Coffee Cake

1 - 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup butter, softened
1 & 3/4 cups flour
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves
2 tsp sifted powdered sugar
Recipe
1) Grease and flour a 13X9X2 inch baking pan. Set aside.
2) In a large mixing bowl beat cream cheese, granulated sugar, and butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy.
3) Add half of the flour, the eggs, milk, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, and salt. Beat about 2 minutes or until combined.
4) Beat in the remaining flour on low speed until combined.
5) Spread batter in the prepared baking pan.
6) Spoon preserves in 8 - 10 portions on top of the batter. Using a knife, swirl the preserves into batter to marble.
7) Bake in a 350F oven for 30 - 35 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
8) Cool slightly on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top.
9) Cut into squares and serve warm.
