3 c. cooked turkey chunks
2 c. leftover stuffing
1 & 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. oil
3 c. mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp. thyme
Recipe
1) Preheat oven to 350F.
2) Gradually add milk to flour in a medium microwaveable bowl. Beat with a wire whisk until well blended.
3) Microwave on high for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes.
4) Add cheese, vegetables, and seasoning. Mix well.
5) Put meat chunks into a large ovenproof casserole dish. Pour cheese/vegetable mixture over the top. Cover with the stuffing.
6) Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until heated through.
