Cookies 'N' Creme Fudge

1 pkg. white chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/8 tsp. salt
2 cups coarsely crushed chocolate creme filled cookies (about 20)

Line 8x8" baking pan with foil.
In heavy saucepan over low. Heat, melt chocolate with condensed milk and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in crushed cookies. Spread evenly in prepared pan.
Chill 2 hours or until firm.
Turn fudge on cutting board. Peel off foil, cut into squares. Store tightly covered at room temperature. Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
