    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    4 c. hot mashed potatoes
    1 egg
    1/3 c. finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. salt
    Dash of pepper

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients. Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
