Overnight Shrimp Dip

List of Ingredients
9 cups water
3 pounds medium shrimp
1 - 8 ounce package fat free cream cheese
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons fat free mayonnaise
1 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
4 drops hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup minced green onionRecipe
Bring water to a boil; add shrimp and return to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill.
Peel and devein shrimp; chop. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, mayonnaise. Worchestershire sauce, hot sauce, salt and pepper; mix well. Stir in the shirmp and onion; cover and chill 8 hours or overnight.
Serve with assorted low-fat crackers or toasted mini bagel chips.
