    3 eggs
    3 Tbsp sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 Pkg dry yeast
    1 cup warm water (at 110 F)
    1/2 cup butter, cold
    4 cups flour

    Recipe



    Take yeast & dissolve it in warm water, about 5 minutes. Beat eggs until light in color, add sugar, salt & yeast, stir to combine. Cut butter into small chips & gently stir into egg mixture, stir in flour until well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap & let it rise for 2 hours. Shape the dough into rolls of your desired shape. Put into a baking sheet you have sprayed with pan spray. Cover with a towel & allow to rise 1 more hour. Bake at 350 F (176.67 C) until lightly brown.

    SERVINGS: 45-50 rolls
