    Makes: 12 servings





    1-1/2 cups flour
    1/2 cup CREAM OF WHEAT Cereal (1-minute, 2-1/2-minute or 10-minute cook time), uncooked
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 Tbsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 container (8 oz.) BREYERS LIGHT Raspberries 'N Cream Fat Free Yogurt
    1 cup cholesterol-free egg product
    1/4 cup fat free milk
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
    3/4 cup blueberries



    MIX flour, cereal, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon in large bowl; set aside. Mix yogurt, egg product, milk and margarine until well blended. Add to flour mixtire; stir just until moistened. Gently stir in blueberries.
    SPOON into 12 lightly greased 2-1/2-inch muffin cups.
    BAKE at 400°F for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
