    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1­inch pieces
    1 small butternut squash, peeled, cut into 1­inch chunks
    1 small bell pepper, any color, cut into strips
    1/2 cup green onion pieces (1/2 inch)
    1/4 cup Hungry Jack® Microwave Ready Regular Syrup
    1/4 cup orange juice
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    1. Heat grill. Cut four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil. Place sausage, squash and bell pepper on each piece of foil. Sprinkle each with onions.
    2. In small bowl, combine syrup, orange juice and salt; mix well. Pour syrup mixture over sausage mixture on foil sheets. Wrap each packet securely using double-fold seals, allowing room for heat expansion.
    3. When ready to grill, place packets, seam side up, on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 35 to 40 minutes or until sausage is thoroughly heated and squash is tender.
    4. To serve, open each packet carefully to allow steam to escape.
