    8 oz Cream cheese
    1/3 c Milk
    1/2 c Heavy cream
    1 c Apples, tart, finely chopped
    3/4 c Dates, finely chopped


    Soften cream cheese with milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Good served on crackers or nut bread.
