Fruit Spread

1 c Cottage cheese, low fat
1 tb Lemon juice
1/4 ts Allspice
1/4 c Papaya, dried and chopped
1/4 c Pineapple, dried & chopped
1/4 c Pecans, chopped
Blend first three ingredients in food processor. Blend until smooth then add fruit and nuts. Mix for 1 minute Refrigerate for 1 week. Serve with whole wheat toast, bagels or muffins.
