    Easy Christmas Cookies

    Ingredients:
    1 box of your favorite cake mix (I recommend lemon or chocolate)
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup of vegtable oil OR 1 stick of melted butter

    Optional Ingredients:
    W/ chocolate cake mix - 1/2 bag of chocolate chips
    W/ lemon cake mix - pecans(as many as you want)

    Mix ingredients well
    Spoon onto greased cookie sheet
    Cook for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit
    Let them cool for 5 minutes on the pan, then let them cool on a cookie rack
