    Chocolate Pudding Parfaits

    Makes 3 to 4 servings

    Ingredients
    2 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped
    2 ounces white chocolate, chopped
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons flour
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    2-1/4 cups milk
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 teaspoons vanilla, divided





    1. Place semisweet chocolate and white chocolate in separate heatproof bowls; set aside.

    2. Combine sugar, flour and cornstarch in saucepan. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly.

    3. Remove saucepan from heat. Stir small amount of hot mixture into beaten egg yolks; return to hot mixture in pan. Cook and stir until thickened.

    4. Spoon half of the egg mixture over each of the two chocolates in bowls; stir until chocolates are completely melted. Blend 1 teaspoon vanilla into each bowl.

    5. Alternate layers of puddings in parfait glasses; cover. Refrigerate.
