    Baked Tilapia with Roasted Garlic Aioli
    Makes 6 servings

    Ingredients
    1 head garlic
    2 tablespoons French's® Honey Dijon Mustard
    2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    1-1/2 pounds tilapia fish fillets or other firm white fish
    1-1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions



    Prep Time 10 minutes
    Cook Time about 1 hour




    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut off bottom end of garlic head. Wrap garlic in foil; bake 45 minutes or until soft. Remove foil and let cool 10 minutes. Squeeze out pulp from softened cloves.

    2. Combine garlic pulp, mustard and mayonnaise; mix until smooth. Place fillets into greased shallow baking pan. Tuck thin portion of fish underneath. Evenly coat fillets with garlic mixture. Bake 6 minutes or until fish is opaque and flaky.

    3. Sprinkle with French Fried Onions. Bake 1 minute or until onions are golden.
