    Crunchy Fish Sticks with Rainbow Parmesan Pasta
    Makes 4 servings

    Ingredients
    2/3 cup milk
    2 tablespoons margarine or butter
    1 (5.1-ounce) package PASTA RONI® Angel Hair Pasta with Parmesan Cheese
    2 cups frozen mixed vegetables or frozen chopped broccoli
    Crunchy Fish Sticks (recipe follows)



    Prep Time 20 minutes
    Cook Time 15 minutes




    1. In large saucepan, bring 1-1/3 cups water, milk and margarine to a boil.

    2. Stir in pasta, vegetables and Special Seasonings; bring back to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Gently boil uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until pasta is tender. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Serve with Crunchy Fish Sticks or prepared frozen fish sticks.



    Crunchy Fish Sticks
    Makes 4 servings

    Ingredients
    3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
    1 large egg
    2 tablespoons milk
    3 cups cornflakes, coarsely crushed
    1 pound cod fillets, cut into 3×1-inch strips and patted dry
    1/2 to 3/4 cup vegetable oil





    1. In shallow bowl, combine flour and pepper; set aside. In small bowl, combine egg and milk; set aside. In another shallow bowl, place crushed cornflakes; set aside.

    2. Coat fish in flour mixture, dip in egg mixture, then roll in cornflakes, pressing coating gently on each fish strip.

    3. In large skillet over medium heat, heat oil. Add fish strips; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fish is cooked through. Drain
