    Grilled Tuna with Salsa Salad
    Makes 4 servings

    Serve the Salsa Salad alone for a marvelous cold vegetable salad.

    Ingredients
    1 bag (16 ounces) BIRDS EYE® frozen Farm Fresh Mixtures Broccoli, Corn & Red Peppers
    1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes with garlic and onion*
    6 to 8 green onions, sliced
    1 to 2 jalapeño peppers, finely chopped
    1 tablespoon, or to taste, lime juice or vinegar
    4 tuna steaks, grilled as desired

    *Or, substitute favorite seasoned diced tomatoes.


    Prep Time 5 minutes
    Cook Time 5 to 6 minutes




    • In large saucepan, cook vegetables according to package directions; drain.

    • In large bowl, combine vegetables, tomatoes, onions, peppers and lime juice. Let stand 15 minutes.

    • Serve vegetable mixture over tuna.
