    WESTERN STYLE MEATBALLS

    1 pound ground beef
    1 egg
    1 10-ounce jar grape jelly or jam
    1 12-ounce bottle chili sauce
    Onion salt*
    Celery salt*
    Garlic salt*
    Salt*
    Pepper*

    *Measurement for seasoning is just a dash, or at most, 1/8 teaspoon. Slowly heat grape jelly or jam with chili sauce. Shape remaining ingredients into tiny meatballs. Do not brown meatballs; simply heat them gently in slightly bubbling jelly-chili combination for approximately 20 minutes. Serve in chafing dish to keep warm. Can be prepared and frozen for use later. Makes approximately 25-30 cocktail size meatballs. This may sound fancy, but it's really just good ol' down-home cookin'!
