Zesty Steak Fajitas
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients
3/4 cup French's Worcestershire Sauce, divided
1 pound boneless top round, sirloin or flank steak
3 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 red or green bell peppers, cut into quarters
1 to 2 large onions, cut into thick slices
3/4 cup chili sauce
8 (8-inch) flour or corn tortillas, heated
Sour cream and shredded cheese (optional)
Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Marinate Time 30 minutes
1. Pour 1/2 cup Worcestershire over steak in deep dish. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours. Drain meat and rub both sides with seasoning mix.
2. Grill meat and vegetables over medium-hot coals 10 to 15 minutes until meat is medium rare and vegetables are charred, but tender.
3. Thinly slice meat and vegetables. Place in large bowl. Add chili sauce and 1/4 cup Worcestershire. Toss to coat. Serve in tortillas and garnish with sour cream and cheese.
