Funky Buffalo-Style Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
2 large prebaked pizza crust shells (12 inches each)
1 cup prepared pizza sauce or barbecue sauce
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
3 cups sliced cooked chicken*
6 tablespoons Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup (3 ounces) Gorgonzola or blue cheese, crumbled
*To cook chicken, grill 1 pound boneless skinless chicken over hot coals 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once.
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Place pizza shells on disposable foil pizza pans or on heavy-duty foil. Spread shells with pizza sauce and sprinkle with celery, dividing evenly. Place chicken in large bowl. Add Frank's RedHot Sauce and butter; toss well to coat evenly. Arrange chicken evenly on top of pizzas. Sprinkle with the cheeses.
Place pizzas on grid. Cook** pizzas over medium-high coals 15 minutes or until crust is crispy and cheeses melt. To serve, cut into wedges.
**Or, bake in 400°F oven 15 minutes.
