    Makes 6 to 8 servings

    Ingredients
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 pound turkey sausage, casing removed
    1 teaspoon dried marjoram leaves
    1 pound thawed frozen bread dough, at room temperature
    2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    3 tablespoons Frank's® RedHot® Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    1 tablespoon milk
    Grated Parmesan cheese
    Sesame seeds



    Prep Time 30 minutes
    Bake Time 25 minutes




    1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add onion and bell peppers; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add sausage and marjoram. Cook and stir 5 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Drain well; cool.

    2. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut dough in half. Roll half of dough into 14×10-inch rectangle on lightly floured board. (Let dough rest 5 minutes if dough springs back when rolling.) Pat onto bottom and 1-inch up sides of greased 13×9×2-inch baking pan. Roll out remaining half of dough to 13×9-inch rectangle; keep covered.

    3. Stir cheese, eggs and Frank's RedHot Sauce into sausage mixture; toss to coat evenly. Spoon evenly over bottom dough. Cover sausage mixture with top half of dough. Pinch top and bottom edges of dough to seal. Brush top lightly with milk. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and sesame seeds.

    4. Bake 25 minutes or until golden and bread sounds hollow when tapped. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into squares to serve.
