2 5-oz. cans Vienna Sausage, drained, cut in quarters
¼ cup chopped green onions
2 cups cooked rice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup dairy sour cream
2 tablespoons Italian salad dressing
1 cup chopped celery
½ teaspoon salt
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
¼ teaspoon dry mustardRecipe
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Chill several hours. Remove salad from refrigerator ½ hour before serving; mix.
