    Candy Corn by the Slice
    Makes 8 slices

    Ingredients
    1 package (10 ounces) refrigerated pizza crust dough
    2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    2 tablespoons paprika
    1/4 cup white cheese sauce*
    1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/3 cup tomato sauce

    *To make a white cheese sauce, mix 3 tablespoons vegetable broth with 3 tablespoons mascarpone cheese in a small saucepan over low heat, until melted. Season with salt and white pepper to taste.




    1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 13-inch round pizza pan with cooking spray. Fit pizza dough into pan, shaping as needed.

    2. Place 1 cup Cheddar cheese in medium bowl. Add paprika and stir until cheese is evenly colored; set aside. Make white cheese sauce.

    3. Spread white cheese sauce in center of pizza in 4-inch diameter circle. Arrange mozzarella cheese on top of white sauce. Place 3-inch ring of tomato sauce around center circle; top with paprika and Cheddar cheese mixture. Use remaining 1 cup Cheddar cheese to create 1-1/2-inch border around edge of pizza.

    4. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until edge is lightly browned and cheese is melted and bubbling. Cut into wedges to serve.
