    Ham and Potato Chowder

    Recipe Introduction

    A new twist on chowder. Add chunks of ham and shredded carrots to au gratin potatoes. Create a chowder sure to become everyone's favorite.

    List of Ingredients

    1 (4.9-oz.) pkg. Hungry Jack® Au Gratin Potatoes
    1 1/2 cups diced cooked ham
    1/2 cup shredded carrot
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    2 cups water
    2 cups milk
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe

    1. Combine potatoes, sauce mix, ham, carrot, pepper, water and milk in 3-quart saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    2. Reduce heat to medium; cook 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Do not drain. Stir in parsley.

    Serving size:
    4 (1 1/2-cup) servings
