1 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 medium head of cabbage, shredded
1 10-ounce can tomato soup
1 3/4 cups water
salt and pepper to taste
In a large pot over medium heat, combine ground beef and onion; sauté for 10 minutes, until beef is browned and onion is tender.
Add cabbage, soup, water, and salt and pepper. Mix well and reduce heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until cabbage is at desired tenderness.
