Recipe Introduction

As good or better than a lot of name brands. Works with any recipe that calls for "cajun seasoning"

List of Ingredients

2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed peppercorns (any type of black pepper will do)
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cayenne (red pepper)
1/4 tsp. dry mustard


Recipe

Just mix it all together and store it like any other seasoning.
