    Roasted Chestnuts

    Serves about 4

    24 Chestnuts, large

    Pre-heat oven to 400. Cut an "X" through the flat side of the shell of the chestnut. Place the "X" side up on a cookie sheet. Roast for 18-25 minutes. Allow to cool slightly. Remove the shells and eat while still warm.
