    Tasty Bleu Cheese and Apple Salad

    Ingredients

    1 package mixed greens
    1 Granny Smith apple, sliced very thinly
    1/4 cup crumbled bleu cheese
    1/4 cup walnuts


    4 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 Tbsp. dijon mustard
    salt
    pepper



    Preparation

    Toss first four ingredients in a large bowl.
    Whisk last five ingredients in a smaller bowl and pour into tossed salad.
    Mix and serve. Delicious!
