this a yummy mommy time smoothie to get a break from a busy day.
List of Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cp. strawberries, or about 6 whole strawberrys
- 1 tps. honey
- 1/2 cp. plian yogurt, or strawberry flavored
- 1/3 cp. any fruit, or veggie juice
- chop the banana into 3 peices
Instructions
- wash and cap the berries.
- puor the juice into the blende then the yogurt, than the fruit.
- turn the blender the highest it will go, blend until smoothe. 45 sec.-1 min.
- pour into a glass and gulp.
Final Comments
hint: don't give a chunky smoothie to a child under 5.
