    this a yummy mommy time smoothie to get a break from a busy day.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 banana
    • 1/2 cp. strawberries, or about 6 whole strawberrys
    • 1 tps. honey
    • 1/2 cp. plian yogurt, or strawberry flavored
    • 1/3 cp. any fruit, or veggie juice
    • chop the banana into 3 peices


    Instructions


    1. wash and cap the berries.
    2. puor the juice into the blende then the yogurt, than the fruit.
    3. turn the blender the highest it will go, blend until smoothe. 45 sec.-1 min.
    4. pour into a glass and gulp.



    Final Comments


    hint: don't give a chunky smoothie to a child under 5.
