    Recipe Introduction


    This a very easy and moist breakfast food, snack or to lay around for the kids when they get hungary.this should make 10-12 muffins


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cp. milk
    • 1/4 cp. honey
    • 1 beaten egg
    • 1 1/2 cps. buttermilk bakeing mix, or biscuit mix


    Instructions


    1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.in a medium bowl mix together the honey, milk, and the egg, mix well.
    2. Add the biscuit mix, stir until smoothe and moist.
    3. spoon into a greased muffin tin, bake for 18-20 min. or until golden brown.


    Final Comments


    Hint: don't feed honey to any infant under the age of 1.
