Recipe Introduction
this is an easy quick 3 lb. stew
List of Ingredients
- i lb. stewing cubes or chuck roast
- 4-5 large patatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4-5 carrots peeled and sliced
- 2 cans of mixed veggies
- 1 onion, or 5 tbs. onion powder
- 1 clove of garlic, or 6 tps. of garlic powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 big tbs. oil
- beef broth or water
Instructions
- Stir fry the oil, beef, salt&pepper, and garlic
- add the veggies and stir fry until brown.
- after brown add, enough broth or water to cover.
- simmr for 2-3 hrs.
Final Comments
hint: to thicken any stew, or soup, add 1 tps flour to milk and water pour into stew slowly.
