    List of Ingredients


    • 2# cubed stew meat
    • 2 tablespoons oil
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 - 8 oz tomato sauce
    • 1 - 8 oz can water
    • 1 tablespoon paprika
    • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
    • 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
    • 1 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • Few drops Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat in oil.

    2. Add onions and cook until translucent.

    3. Add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    4. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender approx. 2 hours.



    Final Comments


    Serve over hot rice.
