List of Ingredients
- 2# cubed stew meat
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 - 8 oz tomato sauce
- 1 - 8 oz can water
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Few drops Tabasco or Louisiana Hot Sauce
Instructions
- Brown meat in oil.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Simmer, stirring occasionally, until meat is tender approx. 2 hours.
Final Comments
Serve over hot rice.
