    List of Ingredients


    • 36 zucchini flowers
    • 0.4 lbs. Pecorino cheese
    • 0.53 oz. marjoram (cleaned, separated)
    • 2.1 pints frying oil
    • 3.5 oz. flour
    • 1.27 cups milk
    • 3.5 oz. tomatoes cut in small squares


    Instructions


    1. Eliminate the stems and pistils of 30 flowers. Then, wash them, dry and drain.
      Soak the remaining 6 flowers in boiling water for 30 seconds. Afterwards, refresh them in water with ice cubes.
      Mix the cheese and the marjoram. Fill the 30 flowers with this mixture.
      Put each flower into milk, then flour. Cook in the heated oil for 1 minute, maximum.
      Serve by placing 5 fried flowers on each boiled flower. Add the salted tomatoes.
