    • 2 tablespoons cocoa
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 2 tablespoons self-rising flour
    • dash of salt
    • ¼ cup water
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together.
    2. Boil until desired thickness.
    3. Serve over hot biscuits.
