List of Ingredients
- 10 squash
- 1 small onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (10 ¾ oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
- ½ cup of sour cream
- Cheddar Cheese
- Ritz Crackers
Instructions
- Boil squash and onion until tender.
- Mix squash, onion, salt, pepper, soup and sour cream and spread into a casserole dish.
- Sprinkle enough cheese and crackers on top to cover.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
