    Recipe Introduction


    Makes 4 servings


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 pound salmon fillets
    • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • salt to taste
    • 1/3 cup soy sauce
    • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup water
    • 1/4 cup vegetable oil


    Instructions


    1. Sprinkle fillets to taste with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.
    2. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, water and oil.
    3. Place fish in a sealable plastic bage and pour soy sauce mixture over dish.
    4. Marinate at least 2 hours.
    5. Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
    6. Remove fillets from marinade and grill over medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side.
