Grilled Salmon

Recipe Introduction
Makes 4 servings
List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound salmon fillets
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Instructions
- Sprinkle fillets to taste with lemon pepper, garlic powder and salt.
- In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, water and oil.
- Place fish in a sealable plastic bage and pour soy sauce mixture over dish.
- Marinate at least 2 hours.
- Preheat charcoal or gas grill.
- Remove fillets from marinade and grill over medium heat for about 7 minutes on each side.
