Chicken Breasts and Rice

List of Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts (8 halves)
- 1 ½ cups of instant rice
- 1 can of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
- ¾ cup white cooking wine
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon margarine
Instructions
- Put uncooked rice in shallow baking dish.
- Mix two soups together.
- Sauté mushrooms in a tablespoon of margarine and add to soup mixture.
- Spoon soup mixture over rice; then spoon wine over this.
- Place the breasts in next; meaty side up.
- Over the breasts sprinkle dry onion soup.
- Seal tightly with heavy-duty foil and bake 2 hours at 350; DO NOT OPEN OVEN!
