    List of Ingredients


    • 4 chicken breasts (8 halves)
    • 1 ½ cups of instant rice
    • 1 can of celery soup
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 (8 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
    • ¾ cup white cooking wine
    • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    • 1 tablespoon margarine


    Instructions


    1. Put uncooked rice in shallow baking dish.
    2. Mix two soups together.
    3. Sauté mushrooms in a tablespoon of margarine and add to soup mixture.
    4. Spoon soup mixture over rice; then spoon wine over this.
    5. Place the breasts in next; meaty side up.
    6. Over the breasts sprinkle dry onion soup.
    7. Seal tightly with heavy-duty foil and bake 2 hours at 350; DO NOT OPEN OVEN!
