    Fruit Salad Cake

    List of Ingredients

    CAKE:
    2 eggs
    1 large can fruit cocktail
    2 cups flour
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    pinch of salt

    TOPPING:

    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup coconut
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 cup sugar

    Recipe

    CAKE:

    Combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

    TOPPING:

    Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Boil 2 minutes. Spread over cake while both are still warm.
