    Recipe Introduction


    Took traditional bbq sauce and made some modification. Works best on pork ribs/spare ribs....non-tomato based.


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 cans cherry cola-flat
    • 2 cups cherry preserves
    • 2/3 cup dijion mustard
    • 3 tbs horseradish (optional)
    • 2 tbs apple cider vinegar
    • 3 tbs soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp daves insanity sauce (optional)


    Instructions


    1. Boil cherry cola in sauce pan over med-high heat until reduced to 1 1/2 cups. About 45 minutes
    2. Stir in the rest of ingredients.Reduce heat to medium and simmer until reduced to 2 1/2 cups. About 35 minutes
    3. Can be made and stored for 1 week in refridge. Bring to room temp before using.
