- 1 can mushroom soup
- 10 - 12 chopped mushrooms
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- grated cheese
- 2 dozen mini tarts
Instructions
- Bake the tart shells ahead of time
- Sautee the onion and mushrooms.
- Mix onions and mushrooms together with other ingredients.
- Fill the shells and place them on the bottom shelf of the oven and broil until brown.

These are really yummy, fix everything ahead and put them together just before you want to serve them.
