    Recipe Introduction


    Use the Basic Biscuit Mix for this recipe. Makes 1 dozen rolls.


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups Basic Biscuit Mix
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 2/3 cups water
    • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    • 3 tablespoons brown sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine biscuit mix and sugar.
    2. Stir in water to make soft dough.
    3. Turn out onto floured board and knead gently.
    4. Roll dough in rectangle 1/2 inch thick.
    5. Spread with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
    6. Sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown suar and cinnamon.
    7. Roll starting at the longer side.
    8. Slice into 3/4 inch slices.
    9. Melt 1 tablespooon margarine or butter in 9" square pan.
    10. Blend in 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
    11. Place pinwheels close together in pan.
    12. Bake 15 minutes at 425F.
