Butterscotch Pinwheels

Use the Basic Biscuit Mix for this recipe. Makes 1 dozen rolls.

- 3 cups Basic Biscuit Mix
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2/3 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions
- Combine biscuit mix and sugar.
- Stir in water to make soft dough.
- Turn out onto floured board and knead gently.
- Roll dough in rectangle 1/2 inch thick.
- Spread with 1 tablespoon butter or margarine.
- Sprinkle with 1/3 cup brown suar and cinnamon.
- Roll starting at the longer side.
- Slice into 3/4 inch slices.
- Melt 1 tablespooon margarine or butter in 9" square pan.
- Blend in 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Place pinwheels close together in pan.
- Bake 15 minutes at 425F.
